That line hit me as well. I’m not being overly dramatic to say it was a chilling moment a couple of seconds into the trailer when I realized the premise of the film. I believe this is going to be a difficult movie to watch but one that needs to be viewed by many. And it needs to be viewed with an eye on the present moment, not merely as another opportunity to point out the evil of the Nazis. My very un-expert historical analysis of Europe/Germany during those days is the proverbial frog-in-the-kettle scenario. I think we are sitting in the kettle at the present moment thinking it is our private hot-tub. And the water is beginning to get pretty hot…
